Com**r Functionality
An input device is any machine that feeds data into a com**r.
An output device is any machine capable of representing information from a com**r.
Boot process is when the com**r powers up each device and makes sure it can communicate with them - devices here meaning motherboard, RAM, hard drive, input/output devices, video card, etc. This happens when you turn the com**r on.
Data Processing is the process by which a computing device analyzes, summarizes, organizes, and/or converts data input into the desired data output. So, when data goes into the com**r, it must be processed before it can be outputted in the desired format.
