Saving and Sharing Your Prezi

You should be saving your Prezi often just in case something happens to your internet/computer/browser. Click in the top right corner of the prezi workspace to save your work. "Save" is on the left.



Once you are finished with your Prezi, click on the "Exit" in the top right. This will take you back to your Prezi homepage. You'll see your presentation there. Double click on it to bring up the prezi manager.




If you want to publish your Prezi so that you can send the link to anyone to view, make sure you are on the "Manage" tab, then click on the "Make Public" box. The link to your presentation will appear, and you can copy and paste it anywhere you want - emails, moodle submission boxes, skype messages, the sky's the limit!


If you just want to share you presentation with your instructor, or maybe a classmate, click on the "Share" tab on the left. Type in the email address of the person you want to share the presentation with. Check the box to allow that person to view or edit your presentation. Then, click Send. That's it!
